In the far off future, the vast majority of the populace lives in destitution in a space known as the Inland. There is a first class bunch, however, that is decided to live in a virtual heaven, the Seaward. Consistently, every 20-year-old has an opportunity to come to the island heaven by stepping through a progression of exams. Just three percent of the up-and-comers succeed and meet all requirements to leave the devastated Inland region. One of the most up to date inhabitants of the Seaward is Michele, a guileless young lady with no family who has major areas of strength for an of equity.
