During The Second Great War, Germany hopes to its final weapons and officers to overcome the Partners. Driven by Capt. Hans Kessler, a grizzled submarine leader, the German naval force sends U-boats across the ocean for a trying mission to go after the U.S. country. In the interim, the American military devises its own methodology to chase down and obliterate all foe subs before they arrive at their objective.
